<p style="text-align:left;">This is an in-house concept basic stage PCB processing machine with a travel speed of 80mm per second and a 40,000 rpm spindle motor for fast speed and high precision.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Versatility and Ease of Use: The ProtoMat E44 is simple to operate, allowing you to quickly and easily achieve results. No external air compressors or other devices are required for PCB processing. It can be connected to a standard Windows computer using the standard USB interface.</p>

			<description><![CDATA[<p style="text-align:left;">The LPKF ProtoMat S104, designed for PCB fabrication, is a high-performance PCB processing machine suitable for all circuit types.
    With its high-performance spindle and vacuum table, it is suitable for HF applications, thin laminates, and substrates with sensitive surfaces (such as FR4 18/18 Cu).
    The system software is designed to take into account the special requirements of HF materials.</p>
    <p style="text-align:left;">Best speed
    The ProtoMat S104 operates extremely quickly and accurately, with a speed of 100,000 RPM, high positioning speed, and high mechanical resolution. Together with its stable granite base, it ensures optimal accuracy for drilling and milling very fine structures. The high-frequency milling spindle and milling depth sensor are self-cleaning, requiring no maintenance.</p>
    <p style="text-align:left;">Automatic driving function
    The ProtoMat S104 is easy to use, with sensor-controlled material and copper thickness automatically measured and the required milling depth accurately calculated. The automatic tool change function, which automatically selects and operates 20 tools, allows users to quickly and conveniently produce their desired PCBs. Depending on the depth of penetration, the conical milling cutter creates different insulation channels, and automatic milling width adjustment ensures that the milling contour is consistent and accurate.
    If required, an integrated dispenser can fully automatically apply solder paste to solder pads. No additional data calculations are required, and with short setup times and operator-free processing, users can achieve short process times.</p>
    <p style="text-align:left;">2.5 dimensions
    The ProtoMat S104's Z-axis drive makes it ideal for machining front panels and enclosures, as well as deep milling printed circuit boards. Machining assembled PCBs and creating plastic mounts is also a breeze.</p>
